I've just watched the Nod-krai dev video and the devs basically touched on the issue of

Feels like they took the criticism well and actually are working on the core issues. The Fontaine to Natlan transition felt more half-assed.

I also got the impression Natlan's urbanslop really came from their worry of appealing to younger players since the devs explicitly mentioned this concern.

The start date of the X.8 patches has shifted later each year. 3.8 was released on July 5th and 4.8 on July 17th. We should still get some crumbs next week with the stream. They could also break this pattern of waiting a few days before the X.0 beta and post the trailer during the stream I guess. Either way, don't expect anything this week.
