as someone who has been learning it for a long ass time... First, memorize the alphabet (really straightforward, should take a few hoursish). Then get a really straightforward beginner textbook, I used one that was called "integrated Korean," which has both text books and work books. I also used talk to me in korean which was a different text book series. During that you'll have to grind out some grammar and vocab, which will be super dry at first, but Korean is pretty straightforward in the early stages.
Once you knock out some low level text books, I recommend hiring an online language tutor (someone to just sit on discord with you and either answer questions, listen to your momentarily mangled korean, and speak to you in a simple enough but conversational manner) and or getting a korean GF to serve the same role. Then have a goal in mind, the easiest being to pass the first level of korean fluency exams. That will give you a big list of vocab and grammar to go after, and by the time you finish the first exam you should be pretty decent in basic conversation. Then you can either visit Korea or pursue harder fluency exams, or grind out more grammar/text books/vocab.
The tutor thing sounds dumb but I found it SO effective. I'm also still very close friends with my tutor, we even went to japan together.
