Aye ur quite right.The thing is because of my oral fixation ave spent the past 10 yrs with my mouth closed with something in it.Its not a joke.I mean like i was vaping and when i wasnt doing that it was chewing gum orn icotine gum or mints or something.I think ave got "pica" quite mildly.I jst dont feel relaxed when my mouth is empty.But am getting used to it now.So when i take those codeines as well.I like to put them under my tongue nd let it dissolve.Which only takes really 5 mins or something but i just leave it in for an hour+++ just for the relaxation of it I literally take them sometimes just for that and i used to do the same with diazepam just take them for the buzz of holding it under my tongue.So aye.I think ave damaged my jaw a wee bit.But aye.Ill give it a try tonight.I was just using the sudafed spray but its not ideal doing that all the time.U might have saved my life in the future lowkey thankx.x

Jst dawned on me as am waiting for tea n feeling sleepy that ave not ate today yet,,hopefully that will perk me up but to be honest am feeling like a 2nd shower in order as well but thats the same way where itll either wake me up or ill be dead asleep right after.Its got to be done though
