Basically jobs like pilot are (or at least were) in high demand, but they have very high aptitude test scores. Plenty of successful testers applied. They would then get rejected en masse despite meeting the qualifications because the forces wanted to meet a diversity quota to get more "women of colour" pilots. When this failed to happen, and no Gurpreet Singhs were succeeding at pilot applications, the higher ups reprimanded the staff for failing to meet the recruiting quotas, and one of the officers was so disgusted he leaked the info to news agencies.

I was really hoping the single button rotation was going to be a meme only the absolute bottom of the barrel players would find value in.
Turns out it's 85% as good as an optimal rotation done correctly on a dummy, which translates to it doing pretty much the same damage if not more when playing the game normally for the majority of people. The optimal way to play is now to mash one button over and over.
