I'm hardly a story expert, but what I understood from then was:
>dark tide starts, both cantarella and fleurdelys are there in avinoleum
>fleurdelys manage to save some people including cantarella (not that one twintailed ghost girl though, rip) and holds it back somewhat
>some time after that cantarella resonates with tyrvine, finds the truth, doesn't want fleurdelys to die so gives the power back to imperator
>that moment imperator holds back leviathan allowing fleurdelys to get a hit on him, effectively killing both (leviathan can't die but imperator can) but it would be pointless because of the part of leviathan still in her
>at that point fleurdelys splits herself in two, seals the black tide in the avinoleum sonoro sphere and sets up everything so she would eventually be killed with the last part of leviathan.

Since we just had a whole story with Lupa as the focus, its likely theyre going the PGR route with the Fractsidius of their story chapters being just stuff from their perspective rather than fully allying with Rover.
Which means a Rover boss fight isnt far fetched

Answering properly, she will probably rerun in around 4 months, but you can still enjoy all her story content until then. Just make sure you can guarantee her when she is leaked to be rerunning.

She was just unlucky that she didn't ever cross a resonator that sees in frequency before rover while walking through ragunna, they can't be that uncommon (sanhua, roccia and rover are the only playable ones though).
