I am going to write me a tool in godot to generate me a template script for an anime hentai chapter, then also make it so it generates a template for a 30 chapter normal story based on a genre.
Then I will simply use it as a template generator to generate me the stories of 256 waifus who will be fucked by the MC, also keeping track of shit like cross referencing the other json story files.
And also make a layered system to generate the 256 waifus by simply drawing 20 sprites I can re-color with shaders.
That way I can easily BTFO the biggest emsemble casts of TV and anime, which are around 30 MC, like Game of thrones.
And make it basically a giant harem, even bigger than that anime about 100 gfs.

a good story is nothing more than a heroe, his sidekick versus a villain and his minions, staring from a safe room and increasing the odds of their battle towards a climax, where the villain is going to be defeated because of his hubris and fatal flaw like being too arrogant, and then victory comes and they all live happy after the big evil is defetated.
Trying to simply innovate in this basic plot is how you end up with modern millenial marvel writing.
People don't want innovations regarding the basic anatomy of a story.

my advice is to gather quality photo references, so you're not clueless about how something looks.
as for practical advice, learn the rules of proportion, how to measure proportions in a reference.
It's also a good idea to draw using krita line and square tools over your reference to have an idea of how the edge flow should look like.
It's much easier to not guess and just copy your reference with a drawn wireframe.
As for those textures, you should look up a texturing tool like armor paint (It's free if you can compile it) and just take photo textures and use a tool to downscale them to psx resolutions, like 128x128 and use gif compression exporting settings.

It takes a lot of time to make 25 hours of content.
If your goal is something like FFI you could finish that in a year.
