Yeah, people seem to really not like the theory, but so many things line up for it.
>The slashes are the same both times, and they arc from Kris' corner of the screen.

>If you No-Hit the knight, you get "Kris coughed. The enemy slowly tilted it's head" showing Kris is signaling something specifically when the Knight is getting it's ass handed to it: that they'll end the fight.

The point is the Knight was actually starting to lose to our DETERMINATION. Kris is the only person that could end the fight cause they're the only one able to resist us in short bursts and they knew this fight had to be a loss so they did what they felt they had to.

If you lose she vaguely recalls Kris being in danger but being rescued by Undyne so everything's cool.

Nah, the FRAUDING KNIGHT didn't one-shot anyone.
Kris was the one that took out Susie and Ralsei in the ending where you start actually beating the Knight. Cause Kris is the only one that can hold (You) back somewhat.
