In regular Constructed you'd be dead by turn 2-3 even in Standard no need for infinite Commander combo 5 turns slower.
And those people rage and post about it online every game? No they accept they didn't have removal/interaction and queue again.

No. Tutors are allowed in all brackets and only limited in bracket 1and 2. Bracket three doesn't limit them at all. Bracket four is decided by the number of game changers and early 2-card infinite combos.
