Been mulling over the state of society a lot lately lads, and basically, things are completely fucked. Ever since 1945 we have been on course for catastrophe.

Between mass immigration, the driving urge of liberalism towards technocratic despotism, the burgeoning surveillance state, nihilism, collapsing birth rates, th drive towards WW3, and the collapse of a high trust society, it's looking awful.

Full on ethnic civil war is inevitable within the next 10-15 years, unless the deep state succeeds in creating a NATO vs Russia war.

It's very grim for those of born in the 1990s or earlier. I feel sorry for zoomers born in the 2000s or so. The world is going to be absolutely nightmarish by 2040.

The last "good times" in the West are debatable: the mid 2000s, the 1990s, or even earlier in the 1960s, but things will not be good again for a very long time. If ever. We are basically where the Romans were in the 3rd Century, if not even later, perhaps around the year 400 with the Huns invading.

The hard times have only just begun.

I forgot how short these games were. Finally replayed Fable 2 and did all there was to do in it in a weekend. I remembered it being this big expansive RPG, but in an afternoon I was already at the spire. Every town only has one, maybe two main quests to do in it and not a whole lot else besides playing property tycoon.

I'm just left wanting more. Very unsatisfying game and it somehow only got worse.
