Kris stole a lot of shit from other people's houses and places around town
TV World also seemed fundamentally different than the last two worlds with how much Tenna had warped it around himself, it was more "Tenna's World" than Kris's house. There's dialogue from Shuttah and some others implying that Tenna has built over what was naturally there before him, and the Darkners who remained were bound to him - what's the purpose of a TV program if it's not working with the TV?
But that's a lot of speculation and interpretation
