Humanity will probably be wiped out soon and we’re destined to suffer it being the last self aware generation. It’s either going to be an asteroid, super volcano, WWIII, or most likely a combination of all combined that will do it. Pretty impressive, if anything we’re probably the hardest to kill generation. Not out of a sheer strength or determination, but all the micro plastics and onions made us adapt much like cockroaches.

Big compound lifts give large anabolic responses
Training a hip hinge, a vertical press and a knee flexion movement covers nearly anything you'll do
It's not surprising today you rarely see them in most commercial gyms because they aren't concerned with getting their customers any of those benefits
Noggers that lift for women/aesthetics/homosexual endeavors will dispute this but they were ngmi anyway and probably don't actually lift in the first place
Lifting is gay now and that's a shame

If you are fat 200mg might require AI but otherwise it's not likely
Highly individual and based on genetics, body composition etc.
Easiest way is try it and see, reduce test+pop some AI if you get symptoms then hold there and reassess until you get to a point where no symptoms are present with no AI usage
A blood test can be used in addition to that but whether or not you have symptoms should be the first thing that is evaluated
