None of the tf2 youtubers are really self aware or intelligent enough to refute a guy who has a basic understanding of statistical software, so instead they address it with silence and sideways remarks. What Zesty has in education and intelligence on these people he absolutely lacks in emotional maturity and his whining can get quite incessant, this has created a stalemate of sorts where the future Walmart employees of modern tf2ube can maintain the rhetorical edge against a guy with a PhD. It is quite funny.

Public Atheism and irreligiosity are not new phenomena, hyper rational world views and a rejection of metaphysics have even been on the decline for about the last century and a half but it has not been replaced by religious fervor or renewal. The late 18th century was probably the peak of empirical thought and while that lead to certain states in certain regions liberalizing that was a separate trend informed by a multitude of other factors, also hardly equitable to "woke". These things are quite complex and drawing it down into simple cause and effect is silly, doubly so because you assume that Atheism inevitably beats even lowly superstition.

European leftism isn't really about communism, it was theorized to be the perfect way to consolidate Jewish power into a ruling class (dictatorship of the proletariat) that could ensure that the entire wealth of the nation was free to be used as they wished. The Labor movement in Israel was largely made up of central and eastern European Jewish emigrees who knew among themselves what the purpose of communism was, they still gave it a fair shot with the kibbutzim, but that was more national socialist than leftist and when they became antiquated Israeli politics moved on from it.
