electric motor in these walking pads - what does it subtract from walking bot? it draws energy where does it wind up?

it will do sth similar to walking only when u're moving the pad not the motor and u'd have to be anchored by belt or sth and the pad would have to have a little resistance - it can't be free spinning - simple logic dictates that's it is exactly the case

that's what u do when u "rep" shit - many shitty singles for no reason whatsoever - once u found the alignment that loads the muscle u want - just hold it

what i "invented" is whole bunch of stuff that works

for example if do one legged quarter-squat with internal hip rotation u will load VMO only :D that's good stuff, supposedly u can't grow only VMO

abs are easily done with crunch with soft legs which switches of iliopsoas (& rectus femoris) which is essential to get abs

pecs can be worked only with protracted shoulder like in low crossover

and biceps can't be worked with flexed front delt (every known curl variant) so u hug basketball to chest one handed for that

curl with your elbow fixed by leaning on elbow - then there's no load on shoulder and u can work brachialis brachiradiais in peace :D

pictured is vlad galagan with bloated roid "muscles" from squatting - yes squatting grows mainly adductors and vastus lateralis (hence one legged quartersquat i mentioned earlier) so that your thighs look like fucking balls afterwards

holding your arm vertical loads front delt and that flexed delt is pinching long head biceps tendon switching it off

u gotta be extra careful with movement selection, i hug basketball to chest for biceps, and low crossover with protracted shoulder for pecs, interestingly hugging bulky object to chest also "does" rear delt apart from biceps
