Glad you guys asked! I made my own survey some time ago, and the results were curious, but not really surprising. Turns out, there's no such thing as "shipfags" and same people who discuss ships also discuss theories and lore!

I did a bit of a research on /v/, and results were interesting, but not really surprising. As it turns out, there is no such thing as "shipfags", and the people who participate in shipping wars are pretty much the same people who talk about theories and lore with you.
