Several factors came into play here, this looks like a pedestrian crossing for a trail that allows non-motorized vehicles, we have several in my home city, I am operating under this assumption:

- First there are cars parked illegally close to the crosswalk, you must be I think 15ft from any stop sign, crosswalk, traffic signal, etc; and this is exactly why. If you part too close to the crosswalk its harder for people using it to see oncoming traffic and harder for traffic to see pedestrians

- Because this is a clearly marked pedestrian crosswalk, and it probably serves a often traveled trail, the biker has special responsibility here to not hit pedestrians. Motorists are almost always responsible if they hit a pedestrian, which despite the technicality here the bicyclist would be considered a pedestrian if she was on a walking/biking trail which is what I suspect. If you are coming up to a crosswalk on campus, etc and cars are blocking your view, you gotta slow down and be prepared to stop for a dog, kid, or a retard on their bike to enter the crosswalk. The motorist is almost ALWAYS responsible when they hit a pedestrian.

- The bicyclist, is a retard. You look left, right, left, forward, and then stare at the direction of oncoming traffic as you cross to make sure you dont get fucking hit. Regardless if its your fault or not, you are a fucking retard if you ever cross a street without looking to see whats coming. I see idiots with airpods and Beats on cross a fucking 45mph Business Interstate without looking either direction, relying solely on the signals, etc. You are a dumb motherfucker, you have to operate under the assumption that all safeguards will fail or be ignored; otherwise you end up as a .webm on 4tran.

They want to have city owned and operate stores that have lower prices and offer 'healthy choices', especially in poor areas; because you know thats what the poor areas really want, but greedy grocery store owners keep fumbling the bag.

In reality people already know that a grocery store chain owned and operated by NYC will have operating costs 2-3x industry average. Overpaid political employees, entire truckloads of deliveries missing weekly, shrinkage, spoilage, filthy stores, all while politicans talk about how it is delivering low cost healthy options to the people that need it the most.
