NTA but turns 4-6 are when Sword is probably most vulnerable which is the prime killing window for Aggro Abyss. You have the tools to trade in the form of Ghosts, Sweetfang Vampire, Vuella, and removal with Rage of Serpents. Keep your HP topped up with Bats and sneak in damage where able. The good thing about Sword is that they don't heal for shit so damage against them generally sticks, and the game isn't going long enough for Yurius to come out.

I don't actually like Cerberus and eagerly await other Abyss bombs down the line.

I think the game would be much better if there were more Rune decks on the ladder

- I have decks for all classes but Dragon because I refuse to play Dragon.

Apollo isn't just good against Sword. He also helps against Dragon and in the Abyss mirror. If you don't run the adequate tools for the matchup then you're going to struggle in the matchup, I don't know what to tell you.

Stop that, you're complaining about struggling in the early game while not using tools that explicitly help you to win in the early game. Abyss has no shortage of ways to kill shit. Spending one mana to kill someone's 2 drop isn't a massive loss. Your Mino just died? Use that Skeleton with Reaper to kill something else. Much of the Sword early board is low statted, this isn't Artifact Portal where everything has a fat ass for no reason. Moreover it's very common for Sword players to try and trade into YOU because you can actually kill them just as quickly as they kill you, and oftentimes sooner.
