How do people not have the reinforce stratagem memorized yet? I can dive and have it input well before I hit the ground. Most guys I spectate either take like 20 seconds to input a 5 arrow code, or just don't reinforce at all. It's been up down right left up for 10 fucking years.

Even in the 90s when I was around 8 or 9, I thought Cid was in his early to mid 40s. God damn it seems like anything past 24 in Japan is considered over the hill.
