This is an actually sound argument of "Toby wants to make Kris's experiences more open to interpretation and be made applicable to the player regardless of their gender, helping players to understand them better and empathize with them more." Which is very different from "The player is supposed to view Kris as an extension of themself," something which directly contradicts the game where Kris is very much their own character.
They won't do this though because they just want to ragebait and derail the thread with culture war faggotry
