Yes.
I'm 40 and I titrate up and down because I live basically in da woods and I care more about my privacy and life than drugs. But weed is fun.
Insomnia and bored aggravation were my biggest issues.
>You need a meticulous hobby or something to pick up whenever you get craving that will occupy your mind and hands and that you can do anytime (it needs to be something you don't get tired from so that you can do it repetitively and continuously).
>You need to clean up the space you smoked and start doing a new repetitive habit.
>Avoid the space you typically repetitively smoked in as much as possible.
>I used benadryl to sleep, it still wasn't comfortable. Your dreams and nightmares come flooding back and feel hyper emotional since you haven't had any in a long time. But that could of been a side effect of a Benadryl(I'd only take one, if knocks me the fuck out).

I usually quit for a month or two till i piss clean and start smoking again. I don't consider myself addicted because I just set it down as long as I need to till my body gets the full effect again.
I didn't start smoking weed till I was 26, idk if that matters because I already had basically foundational life habits.
