Maybe I haven't dug deep enough, but no. One of the WWDC talks said you can just add .glassEffect() at the end of some widget in swiftui. Whenever you do that, regardless of the dimensions of that widget, by default it tries to make the glassiness into a circle or pill. I've only fucked around with it for, like, five minutes though, so maybe I just need to look into it more.
