Look I'm not saying you shouldn't forgive people for fuck ups, and I haven't really read this manga so I can't comment too much really, but based on the context in this image alone, specifically the top panels, she doesn't come out looking especially forgivable. Maybe the full story is different, but what I see here is;

>I was shocked when I didn't get it.
Sounds like she knew what she was doing was wrong and did it anyways.
