You alone? Volunteer at your nearest soup kitchen and/or homeless shelter. Try to advocate for people to get therapy and/or rehab. You can't save them all but if you can even touch a few lives and get people to better themselves, you're doing God's work.
A little over a decade ago I was homeless, and smoking crack. The people helping me never gave up on me and today I got a job that I love and support myself in my own little cozy apartment.
People like you who want to help others are the reason I kept fighting and got myself to the point I'm at now. God speed anon.
