Hunt has the best sound design from any game I've ever played and in the current state of the game it just doesn't fucking matter for gameplay.
I don't give a shit if I can hear an enemy flip a switch on his Drilling behind a wall if my weapon would only tickle him with a wall bang. Shit sucks.
