Surely, they do not expect the American people to absorb the costs of businesses "downsizing" its workforce and landing those people on public assistance. What is going to be the policy for businesses to set aside money to care for those unemployed people??? Taxpayers are taxed out. It would be wise to get ahead of that crisis.
