Ah, that's just her working as intended. Even in XX she's a F-tier character that can turn into an S-tier for like 10 seconds at a time. Still surprised at how well preserved she is in Strive, I thought for sure she was going to get a complete overhaul.

Hopefully its the former, really enjoyed Testament for a while then he got nerfed to shit which was part of the reason I just stopped playing for a while.
