Is there anyway to make the combat more fun and less tedious? I don't like any of the classes or the combat?

I have no issues with fights like in IWD2 or PF:KM or WoTR but BG3 is so fucking boring and the combat feels so artificial.
I also have no issues with turn based combat like in Underrail or Age of Decadence.
