seasonal has more people and you get accesses to the new seasonal stuff so it's better since the game is very MMO-esq

as I mention they become eternals at the end of the season, and seasonal characters can still do the campaign you just have to selected where you start, the option to select your starting point (start at the campaign, start at the expansion, or start at the end of both) is above where you select if the character is seasonal or not.

idk where you heard that the campaign its shit because it's the best part of the game, the expansion campaign is kinda meh since it's a nothing burger thats all about the DEI hire self inset and the only interesting part its the ending but the main campaign is pretty cool, only reason why some people say it sucks is because you don't fight diablo or any of the prime evils, which is a fair critique since the game is call diablo and he's not in the game at all, barely even mention.
