See attached meme. Why is this a thing? Why do women try to disseminate pictures of themselves all the time?
They do this because they want to reinforce the image of their physical body in as many men's minds as possible as often as possible. They can't be literally physically present so they do the next best thing. They would be physically present if they could. An e-thot knows if she could actually be in the room with each of her followers, she would have a much tighter hold on them. She can't, so she distributes pictures, audio, video.
She doesn't just write down her thoughts on life and send that out. No-one would care.
