It's not genuine "pure joy" when you need to record it happening.
These people don't do things for the sake of their own enjoyment, they do it for external validation from their peers. They're afraid of passing away without leaving their mark on the world. Feeble human ants, thinking they're special, not cognizant of the hundreds of billions of people who came before them, completely forgotten to the throes of time.
Just enjoy your life regardless of external observers, it's all in your head, you can flip the switch to enjoy life, nothing outside of your control can do it to the same extent, don't be a midwit who reacts to life.
