I don't disagree but these interim chapters haven't inspired loads of confidence. Almost everything we got in 3+4 feels like it's being carried hard what could be in the future rather than the content itself.
We're almost half a decade in and the closest we've gotten to a satisfying reveal is Doe Deflowering, the Knight being narrowed down to an obvious candidate and Titans being midbosses.
I'm not saying I don't like the mysteries, secrets, and character development but Toby just keeps putting more and more weight on sticking the landing while people continue to spin their own wheels about everything from characters actually mattering, to other routes existing, to there being more than 5 chapters and 1 ending.
