>new roguelike gamemode just got added
>base game is full of content (town upgrades, levelling up your troops and Soh, challenges on every map, tsuba guards and the rope talismans or whatever they're called)
>ng+ adds new modifiers, enemy spawns, challenges for every map, a true ending and a remixed soundtrack

This game is the director's dream game that he always wanted to make. Even if you don't like it, it's easy to tell that the team poured their hearts into making this. Also I'm convinced that said director has huge dirt on the company higher ups or is good friends with them, like Yoko Taro. That's the only logical explanation as to why this game got as much of a budget as it did

with each update they release I play for like an hour or 2 and then get bored and stop playing, even though Lagi was pretty fun I just didn't want to continue playing.

I mean the biggest problem in the industry are big legacy studios and old scummy publishers, and to both problems the answer is simple, don't give them money.
We can achieve this on a personal level by not buying slop and supporting good games, but we also have to get the normalfags on board.
To do that we have to explain in a simple and refined manner why a game/studio/publisher is shit an provide alternatives.
What is important too is the support of independent creators and the indie market to further take influence away from the bad actors.
Game preservation is also important so modern devs have to compete with old games and we don't repeat the "nerd cave" situation were devs get comfortable and lazy.

The anime depiction of a tomboy literally does not exist or is a 1 in a million type of person. I've met tomboys and dark-skinned girls irl but I've never met this specific version with short hair + tan skin in my life, nor have I ever seen one online.
Is there a reason that 99% of anime tomboys are depicted like this, aside from sex appeal? Was there an anime tomboy that looked like this in the past that everyone in the industry decided to copy? Was there a real-life model that served as an inspiration?

Who is the proto-tomboy?

Stopped reading it. Sometimes begin avoiding external material or discussing it at all in an attempt to forget about it.

But I do understand destruction, I feel as if authors occasionally need to be reminded that they are not great writers of epics, and that their work is imperfect and may in fact be terrible. And just as readers who destroy works can be considered petty, authors themselves (and artists in general) are as well. It may very well be that bad/ruined endings are intentional and done so to spite their editors/publishers/readers and so on, or as revenge for some matter in their career. Receiving a destructive reaction to their work after doing exactly that is just entirely deserved.
