This is we know there are actual shills infesting these threads. Unless they genuinely believe Black Frame Insertion (all of the tv variants included) looks as good as CRT's motion. ULMB2 (pulsar) is probably the only thing that might lead change in this area since it looks a bit better than Dyac2, but i still think it's probably miles off CRT. Unless someone comes up with something better. Blur Busters had a somewhat reliable CRT beam simulation filter that they could get put into mainstream monitors or something. But OLEDs do blur and it can be seen on their UFO test regardless.

For the VA panels, yes. But you will find IPS miniLEDs that are VRR flicker free.
