I do NOT see 9* quests further bloating monster stats. 8* Gore Magala is already ridiculous and an unnecessary overcorrection on "difficulty" complaints. We also just had 8* apexes pushed up so further promoting them to 9* doesn't seem right either. Lagiacrus and Seregios also don't need stat boosts so soon.

Therefore 9* quests are going to go all-in on Frenzied monsters.
