Problem again is how vague the terms are even in what you listed, like what is a 'sexual act'? It could easily be interpreted to cover an anime slice of life comedy where a high schooler's breast is accidentally groped for laughs because the law uses 'included' when then listing sexual intercourse rather something more definitive.
