Times when the trailer was 25x more kino than the actual film.
The Superman trailer was probably one of the top 5 best trailers I have ever watch life. I felt tears well up.
Just something profoundly kino about the OG Superman theme being used with that slow buildip of voices crying out for Superman that builds into a roar. Even Superman saying "take me home" evoked the feeling of being brought back to the good old days when Superman was a symbol of optimism and hope.
Instead the actual film was The Superman Squad starring Superman as James Gunn's self insert. Fucking terrible. Hawkgirl and that big tit blonde bimbo were nice tho, props to the Gunnman.

I think the new Superman movie will ultimately fail, not necessarily because it’s a bad movie but because the tone just doesn’t fit a tentpole character for a new cinematic universe like it did for the Guardians of the Galaxy or Suicide Squad, ancillary movies that aren’t essential to the main universe.
