I work professionally as a PM/Producer at a significantly sized Video Game studio.

Sometimes I think about applying for the TNO team and trying to do some basic clean up of the absolute shit show their project has been for the past few years.

Should I do it? Would they even adhere to basic PM philosophies if I tried to apply them? Is the project just a bunch of teenagers who have zero idea about design discipline? Do they even have a basic, structured content pipeline?
