...I know it's continuing the metafagging, but can I get this off my chest? I know the answer is no, but screw it. I feel like this general doesn't want to help itself at this point. On one hand we have shitposters wrecking havoc back and forth, on the other we have metafags policing anons for nuances, then we also have the enables and contrarians fanning the flames just for kicks. And whenever things like this are brought up, people like Zoombafag come in to say "we should kill the general!!!1!", same skit at ever and nobody ever does anything to change course. Now we have a problem with one type of shitposters that like to throw the stone and then hide the hand, acting coy while pushing people away for instigating fights they initially instigated.
Is this even a community anymore? What are we all here for? Just to be at each other's throats for every little thing that can be used to cause discourse? I'm not saying we should all be in peace with each other, we cant do that when we have shitposters and dramafags bitching everywhere, but if you're not going to stop to think "maybe I should spent more time in /smbg/ talking with people that want to talk about Mario" then what is the point? We could be playing games together too, but there is no interest in that either, so what gives? There's no group here, this is only an empty general full of people pointing fingers at each other, trying to salvage something that doesn't even exists: A sense of community.
I don't want to be here anymore. I remembered why I left the first time after the hack and I just feel very sad knowing I came back feeling positive about the general. You guys can have your fun.
