and level scaling is hardly that solid to go from imo but overall if FFXIV is considered to have Gilgamesh as he is in FFV,IV, 7 Rebirth, Stanger of Paradise, etc, then yes.
He should scale to not only the other protagonists, but Bartz as well.
Otherwise, i do feel they would rather limit themselves to just FFXVI, which would cap to just Ultima/Omega having the power to wipe out their own universe.
