How do I stop caring about others? By that I mean, how can I stop comparing myself to others, how can I stop caring about past mistakes involving other people, how can I stop letting other people influence my opinion on things (for example, stop playing a video game or stop watching a show because someone I don't like plays/watches it), etc.
Caring about other people is worsening my depression and essentially ruining my life.
I appreciate any advice.
