Reminder that therapy does not exist in this time period and Aline fucking hates her, probably even moreso now that Maelle is directly responsible for kicking her out of Verso's Canvas. With Verso's Canvas and the last remaining part of his soul being destroyed its just Alicia killing Verso again in her eyes.
There's a decent chance that Aline just tosses Alicia into an asylum. I don't believe lobotomies exist yet so Alicia probably escapes that fate and will instead endure chronic pain for the rest of her life which will inevitably turn her into a bitter resentful person, or until she overdoses on prescribed Heroin.
That sounds like an extreme shitpost but remember, this is 1905 France. If you have any knowledge of how people were treated back in that time then you know this is all very possible.
