Recovery skills are based on your total stamina/take into account green stamina skills and there isn't anything weird right?

Am I blind or does Gametora not have a way of globally comparing/listing a target stat for every single card in a global list. I just want to know which cards have the highest fan bonus

Anyone got the banner rates? I want to know what the rate difference is for a specific uma when rolling on their release banner versus that rateup banner with everyone on it.
