I'll start testing like in room matches again (the track being much longer might stop Anchors Aweigh for being so dominating) but atleast for Taurus Goldship completely dominates the track and pushes weaker umas into shit positions mid race
My Surger Rudolf is not weak by any means, and in Round 1 secured a shit ton of my wins in a Taishin/Rudolf/McQueen set up.
I was sick and tired of my Taishin built through 50+ attempts getting blocked every single fucking race and replaced her with Goldship and it obliterated my Rudolf's 1st/2nd/3rd rates because just like my Taishin, Goldship moving up with a huge velocity injection just refused to let Rudolf move up properly.
I even started seeing absurd behaviour like Rudolf going to 9th alongside the other late surgers despite no Urara to cause shenanigans which never ever happened across 40 races previously.

I think it's something not many people talk about but racers interact in ways like this in a much more significant way than you might think.
