I feel like 3 aces is actually the best strategy for CM. If you spend now until CM release doing 3 races per day, chances are you will out-stat like 90% of the competition, more than offsetting the difference of 1 hesitant debuff and tether. And so really winning just comes down to RNG, mostly from skill procs since most builds are lowish wit. And thus 3 aces gives you the highest probability of victory.
