If you're trying to make something for CM you could run 3 speed 3 stamina, but since she doesn't have any speed power or stamina stat growth it'll be hard to hit the stat goals on her.
Not accounting for skills, maybe do Eishin, King Halo and a borrowed MLB Kitasan + Mayano, Manhattan, Super Creek.

If not for CM which is probably the case since you're likely a newcutie you can still run those 3 speed 3 stamina cards to shoot for good stats.

From what I understand there are only two situations where you might want wit cards given the content we have so far:

First one is if you have an MLB Fine Motion yourself along with MLB SSRs out the ass since FM provides nice roamer stat gains (when she appears on a training you want that isn't wit), extra energy from rainbow wit trainings when you were going to train wit anyway on an off-turn, and good race bonus. Basically only reserved for whales.

Second is usually for training sprint/mile runners for Team Trials where you run 3 speed 3 wit cards and end up with 1200 speed, 800+ power, and 800-1200 wit with stamina sparks to make sure your uma doesn't die at the end of a race. This gets you lots of skill points to learn as many skills to proc them for points in TT and the 3 wit cards should have wit training recovery bonus so you can take multi-rainbow wit trainings in the latter half of a career instead of resting while getting a bit of speed, lots of wit, and skill points. This is achievable without whaling.

You'll be alright. Creek is usable at 0LB and you can borrow an MLB Kita until you get spooked by her 3 more times plus we'll get free limit break materials sometime in the future. 1LB Biko and 0LB Suzuka is good to use too plus 0LB Bakushin for non-Bakushin sprinters.
For speed SRs no Eishin Flash kind of sucks but at least you have Tosho, Taishin, and King Halo to use for now.
Mayano and Manhattan are good stamina SRs.
Marvelous, Agnes, and Matikane are good wit SRs.
Daitaku is a good power SR and you could run either Mihono or Agnes SR (since you have her leveled, but she isn't good since no specialty priority or stat bonus) as your 2nd power card in 4spd/2pwr decks. I haven't used Biwa but looking at her events I'd say avoid leveling and using her.
Tazuna is probably good to use with your account but it can be harder to fit her in depending on the uma's stat growth rates.

You generally need to hit 600 Spd and 600 Stam. Those are your most important stats.

You're likely failing because
1) You're not using support cards that are leveled up. Level your support cards, use 4 Speed and 2 Stamina as a beginner, and look up what cards are good before wasting resources.
2) You're not using good inherited parents. Borrow parents with high blue sparks. Those parents should also have good parents (grandparents) that give you more stats.

Go follow a bunch of other users right now. They give you maxed our support cards and have parents that provide huge stat boosts (blue sparks).
