Stamina 800 and maybe a recovery, you want her to be a late racer with speed good enough that she's able to hit the end closers with all seeing eyes as they enter last spurt, you want to be in front of them all race and then fall behind them before that last curve when all-seeing eyes proc, that is her most important debuff to hit, she won't hit any front runner with that one though so you need your own anti-front runner debuffs, you want debuffs for everyone except late surgers, nobody plays that here

I used to watch every race (at 4x speed) but now I skip everything except for 1 or 2 races that are crucial to the career (year 1 arima / hopeless stakes)
For CM rooms or other friendly lobbies I always watch at normal speed, those are races to enjoy.
