I need to check it again but it legit felt like 3/4ths of the army was women. I know the peasant spears aren't but it sure felt like the jade warriors were, but I am not in the mood to reinstall WH3 to test it.
Unless the culture is distinctly amazonian or otherworldly (wood elves, dark elves) I find it fucking dumb as shit to make your rank-and-file-meat-shield infantry be gender egalitarian. Warrior-princess A-OK, dame knights cool, fighterpilot girl cool, special forces girl not my speed but sure fine. Rifleman about to march into fantasy Verdun being half women and you're an unholy alliance of yasqweens and guro-ryona-misogynists.

People are just deathly allergic to color in historical fantasy. Modern taste is for monochrome and grungy and austere.
