Woke up before 6 AM so gymcellmaxxed and spent like 2 hours in the gym. Lifts were nice too. Was a bit bored with pull so I also hit some chest and added like 15 kgs to pec deck since the last time I used it (so fucking back). At least I know it's only my bench that's shit and not my chest. Fucked around a bit on the wide chest press machine and paid more attention to the negative and I found a path that does not hurt my arms. So I'll be definitely trying to replicate that on db bench.
