Paki's not muslims. Paki's are fanatical "gatekeepers" of Islam. They think they are superior and have ownership of it. What people mistake as Islamic culture is just Pakistani culture. Irony is Europeans are more related to Islam and Muhammad than Pakistani's in fact Muhammad is described as a white man(in a very homoerotic way, not gonna lie, it's really weird reading it) which is hilarious and multiple of his companions were Roman soldiers and slaves who converted such as Suhayb who is described as blond bearded, light eyed, tanned skin, aquiline nose and blond short hair. The Catholics(inc Orthodox) consider Islam to be a Christian heresy aswell influenced by Arianism whose exiled followers were in the Mecca and Medina area of west Arabia at that time.
The King likes the original Arab Islam not the Pakistanis. he is a self confessed orientalist and just loves west asia a.k.a "Middle East". Admittedly it is a stunning and mysterious region of the world with enormous ancient history in every territory. I can see why explorers were obsessed with it.
