Only if you've been trying every day for an entire year, and haven't improved at all.
I know the feeling of drawing something and it looking like trash, but keep drawing, and then draw again, and then some more, you will notice that what you wanted to draw doesn't look like what you drew, if you ain't stupid, you will notice why, if you do then you can correct it, if you try to correct it and fail you can look a tutorial, and when the tutorial doesn't make you improve instantly is not because you are bad, but because you are probably looking at someone who has been drawing for a very long time, see mistake, fix mistake. you'll get it eventually, but it takes time, time to learn the tools, time to find the tutorials, time to watch them, time to read them, time to practice, time to find a color palette that you like, a brush that you like, an art style that you like, to find ways not to procrastinate and focus on improving, to figure out that you needed to go get pills because your brain is wired wrong and you lack good executive functioning, it takes time to find the time, to make the time, it's lots of time.
