The scene where Eggman tricks Tails is probably my favorite Sonic scene in general, but I don't know if it's my favorite for Tails specifically. I also like pretty much every scene with Tails in SA1. It's hard to choose but the scenes at the workshop or the area around it are pleasant to me so maybe one of those
